Thank you for shopping with Grails. Please review our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at grailslosangeles@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Grails is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at grailslosangeles@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after confirmation, please:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Allow additional processing time
