Thank you for shopping with Grails. Please review our Shipping Policy for information on how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

Grails currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

​

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery destination

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Grails is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Grails is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will assist when possible.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at grailslosangeles@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine a resolution.

9. Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.
